Internal CRM/ERP for a medical equipment distributor. Kazakhstan
- Shipped to production: used daily by the team and noticeably sped up sales and document workflows.
- Built document generation for commercial proposals, invoices, letters and supply contracts from Word templates: 3 price tiers, KZT/USD/EUR via National Bank rates API, versioning, duplicate-safe numbering.
- Integrated 1C:Enterprise (OData) for live warehouse stock, Beeline telephony API (call logs, recordings, missed-call queue) and in-browser barcode scanning for stock intake with serial-number tracking.
- Implemented deny-by-default access control for 5 roles, tested on every build; byte-exact golden tests for documents.
- Built the sales pipeline (kanban by deal stage, deal handoff, deadline notifications, snapshot-based restore, live analytics) and catalog ingestion for ~31k SKUs from 10 manufacturers with full price history.
- Optimized board load (~10× faster) and SKU search (100×+ faster), ranking tolerant to keyboard layout and hyphens.
- AI-assisted development with Claude Code agents in isolated git worktrees; every change reviewed and tested, every DB migration preceded by a backup and a rollback dry-run.
